The Dawn Phenomenon Salad


Ingredients: 
  •  1 Granny Smith apple diced 1/2" 
  • 1 Golden Delicious apple diced 1/2" 
  • 1 celery stalk sliced thin
  • 1/2 c chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 1/4 c mayo
  • 1/4 cup vinegar (reg or cider) 
  • 2 packets Stevia (+/- to taste)

Directions: 
Mix all together to make a salad.
Eat half as your post dinner snack.  
You may need to try this for a week to compare blood sugar results.
