Ingredients:
- 1 Granny Smith apple diced 1/2"
- 1 Golden Delicious apple diced 1/2"
- 1 celery stalk sliced thin
- 1/2 c chopped pecans
- 1/2 c raisins
- 1/4 c mayo
- 1/4 cup vinegar (reg or cider)
- 2 packets Stevia (+/- to taste)
Directions:
Mix all together to make a salad.
Eat half as your post dinner snack.
You may need to try this for a week to compare blood sugar results.
